At SafariBeyondAdventures, we aim to give you unforgettable safari experiences in Tanzania. Your itinerary will be followed as planned, unless unexpected events (like road closures, weather, or safety concerns) require changes. We will notify you promptly and offer alternatives of equal value.
Travel in Tanzania and other parts of Africa is different from developed countries. Fees like park taxes may change suddenly, and these changes may be passed on to you.
Deposit: 45% of your safari cost to confirm your booking.
Airline tickets: Full payment required at booking.
Balance: Due 65 days before your safari.
Bookings within 65 days of departure require 100% upfront payment.
Payment method: Bank transfer only (all transfer fees are your responsibility).
All cancellations must be in writing:

Prices are per person, based on two-person occupancy, in USD.
Not included unless stated: visas, tips, insurance, personal expenses.
Prices are indicative; final quotation is valid for 14 days.
You will receive final documents (e-tickets, vouchers, luggage labels) two weeks before departure.
You must have travel insurance covering:
Medical expenses & emergency evacuation
Repatriation
Optional: trip cancellation, lost baggage, and curtailment.
Bookings may be canceled if you don’t have valid insurance.
Ensure your passport is valid 6 months after your trip.
Tourist visa: $50 USD (or $100 for U.S. citizens), valid for 3 months.
Visa is your responsibility.
By booking with SafariBeyondAdventures, you accept these Terms. The lead traveler is responsible for full payment and informing all members of the group.
Disclose any medical conditions or disabilities at booking. We may cancel bookings if we cannot accommodate your needs safely.
Changes requested by you may incur: $75 per person (or $100 for U.S. clients).
No changes allowed within 12 weeks of departure.
We may cancel bookings before full payment. You will get a full refund or an alternative of equal value. Compensation: $75 per person, unless caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).
We provide services with care and skill. We are not liable for:
Issues outside our control (strikes, weather, third-party errors)
Losses due to your negligence
Excursions not booked through us
Infrastructure differences in developing countries
Liability for claims is capped at 200% of the holiday cost (excluding death or injury due to negligence).
Activities booked through hotels, guides, or local operators are not part of your contract. We act only as your agent and accept no liability for their services.
Air and sea travel are subject to carrier terms. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or incidents.
This agreement follows Tanzanian law. Disputes will be handled in the Courts of Dar es Salaam.
Report any problems immediately to your guide or accommodation. If unresolved, send a written complaint to us within 28 days of your return.
